The lecture will focus on the specific challenges of Enterprise Architecture Management and Project Portfolio Management in the context of financial services. Georg Kneupner, senior manager responsible for the Practice Group Data Management & Digital Transformation and Dr. Markus Buschle, manager responsible for the Practice Group IT Strategy & Digital Transformation will provide real-life insights into EAM and PPM. zeb is a strategy and management consulting firm in the area of financial services.
