Beschreibung:

Based on the lecture "Organizational Behavior and Change Management” students will write a management proposal in groups of 6-8 members.

Qualifikationsziele:

Students

  • enhance their knowledge of basic concepts and theories of organizational behavior, and
  • are able to apply theoretical knowledge to practical problems in the context of IT management.

Gliederung:

The students receive a case study that covers the course contents and describes the implementation of an information system. Based on the case study, groups of students will draw up a management proposal that identifies the different problems related to the existing business processes and stakeholder concerns raised during the introduction. As a result, we expect a change management concept for the implementation of the system.

Prüfungsart:

Submission of a management proposal (about 20 pages per group).
